When will my order ship?
Each journal is assembled by hand. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made and prepared for shipping. Most orders go out sooner, but the extra time leaves room for slow, careful work rather than rushing your piece out the door.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Shipping is currently within the United States, with more locations planned as the shop grows.
What if an item I want is sold out?
Some leathers and charms return regularly. Others depend on what’s available from suppliers. If something you love is out of stock, feel free to reach out. I can let you know when it’s expected again.
Do you accept returns?
Because each journal is made to order and customized by hand, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your journal arrives with a genuine issue, please reach out within 24 hours with a photo so I can take a look. Situations like this are uncommon, but I want to make sure your journal arrives in the condition it was intended.
How do I customize my journal?
Customization happens directly on the product page.
You’ll choose your leather, grommet color, and wrap cord. You can add extras like additional cords, charms, pen holders, or an edge protector on The Details page.
What size notebooks fit your covers?
My covers are made for A5 notebooks (including Moleskine Cahier) and A6 notebooks. Both sizes will be listed clearly on the product page as they become available.
